Renewal is a space for reflection—a meditation on the irreversible past and the power of intentional progress. It is a response to the old Los Angeles Zoo, a site weighted by history. Moving through the space, visitors transition from darkness and confinement to openness, light, and life. This walking procession serves as a reminder that coexistence is essential: when we show up for nature, nature, in turn, remains with us.
